With over 24 years in the mail industry, Adam has helped over 10,000 organizations save money. He ensures that each of his clients is taking advantage of any potential cost savings in their mail expenses and makes it easy for them to do so. A recognized expert in his field, Adam publishes and lectures on implementing best practices in the mail industry. Prior to launching Postal Advocate, he worked for Pitney Bowes where he ran their National Pre-Sort program, Mail Automation Solutions and Green offerings. He also created data visibility tools that highlight customer savings that are still being used today. In addition, Adam was one of the company’s top 10 account managers nationally working with PB’s largest customers. While at Pitney Bowes, he earned his MBA from Babson College, graduating with honors.
Doris Tam – Vice President Sales and Marketing
Doris has been a leader in the mail equipment industry for over 17 years. Prior to joining Postal Advocate, Doris worked at Pitney Bowes in roles ranging from sales, sales management, Canadian Director of Marketing and Director, Global Product Marketing. She is one of the top experts in the industry. As Vice President, she is responsible for all marketing efforts, client development and growth. Her expertise of marketing, sales efforts and passion for the client experience will support the growth of Postal Advocate for years to come.
Jill Moore – Director Strategic Accounts
Jill has over 37 years of Mailing Industry experience. She worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Pitney Bowes handling their top tier accounts. Jill successfully developed and implemented account strategies for her customers that provided savings which enabled them to win “best practices” awards. Jill now works on behalf of her clients helping them gain insight into the key areas where savings can be realized. Her attention to detail, strategic planning and ability to identify problems and find solutions is an asset to all her clients.
Bob brings over 30 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing and logistics to the team. As Director of Procurement for Cox Enterprises, he not only managed the mailing spend for the organization, but also created management standards that were used as benchmark for best-in-class execution for other industries. Bob has extensive experience in setting up E-Procurement systems and managing excess inventory to find unclaimed funds. Bob’s expertise also stems from his logistics experiences while serving in the US Marine Corps. One of his highlighted billets was Director of Logistics for DOD in support of the 1996 Summer Olympics/Paralympics in Atlanta.
Steve is one of the top experts in the country in international mail and was brought onboard to help Postal Advocate’s clients optimize their distribution costs. He has been working in this space for over 31 years, is on the Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC), ran one of the largest international publications and was president of the Boston Postal Customer Council. He has helped optimize mail and shipping all over the world and knows every possible way to reduce costs and streamline international distribution.
Britany manages the day-to-day operations of Postal Advocate, overseeing that our client accounts are properly managed. She understands the issues that most customers face and is expert at setting up optimized mail management processes. She ensures that excess mailing vendor fees are eliminated, tracks those lost funds, streamlines invoices and helps solves clients’ problems., Brittany has extensive experience in the mailing industry, having worked for Pitney Bowes in Strategic Account billing for 8 years.
Kris makes sure that all overcharges, fees and lost postage accounts are identified, processed for recovery and documented for our clients. Prior to Postal Advocate, she worked for Pitney Bowes for 34 years as a District Coordinator and Administration Supervisor. Kris had supported Adam Lewenberg when they both worked for Pitney Bowes and is a huge asset to the team.
Geri has been a business leader in the mailing equipment industry for the past 12 years. She led a team in the Commercial Strategic and Government areas delivering award winning results. Geri has always been a strong advocate for her customers. She understands customer needs, customer service and has built her reputation on win-win outcomes for everyone.
With over 13 years of experience in the postal industry, Mike is able to use his knowledge and expertise to help his customers. For 10 years, he was a key part of the inside sales group which offered phone and online chat support for both postal and mailing solution applications. His 25 years of prior experience in the print industry also proves to be an asset as he was recognized annually as a key contributor to department success and customer satisfaction. With extensive product knowledge and a desire to help, he is able to consult his customers allowing them to find the right solution.
With 40 years of experience in financial management and reporting, including 32 years in the mailing industry as a Finance Director, David is an expert in analytics around expense management. He brings a wealth of knowledge around reporting thru the use of data analytic tools to support process improvement and data simplification for our clients.
Donna Collins – Client Onboarding and Administrative Specialist
Donna has over 24 years of experience in the postal industry specializing in(internal and external) customer service support. As the Senior District Support Customer Sales Coordinator, she implemented programs to drive revenue and helped insure that any new implementations were done smoothly. As the District Sales Support Analyst, Donna utilized the different systems to provide training, technical support and processing procedures to all support personnel and implemented process improvements to increase productivity in the field sales offices. Her attention to detail, enthusiasm and passion for customer service are valuable assets to the Postal Advocate team.
Jackie has over 10 years of administrative, marketing, and sales experience. She has worked in a variety of industries in different capacities ranging from medical manufacturing to SaaS. She is passionate about achieving corporate objectives and enjoys analyzing marketing and sales data to further achieve these goals. Her experience with Salesforce campaigns and data segmentation are valuable assets that Jackie brings to the Postal Advocate team.
